I am a seasoned waterfront and gated community expert. This is what I sell, what I know best and what people come to me for. Name Disclosure:
It's a bit complicated but since infanthood my family and friends have called me "Cheetah" this is my identity and who I am. My "real" (legal) first name is "Frances" and since the State of Florida only allows licenses to be issues to legal names, Frances Currier is the name on my real estate license (I'm required to disclose this right away).  This is why you'll see a F.  in front of "Cheetah" on my website and other business related marketing. How I got the name is a rather long but cute story that I'll share with you when you become my client.
