Lee County is situated along the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast south of Sarasota County and North of Collier County.  Cities include the County Seat of Fort Myers as well as the cities of North Fort Myers, Lee High Acreas, Pine Island and Cape Coral.  Lee County is governed by a Board of County Commissioners.
 
Lee County is a vibrant and exciting area with low unemployment rates, a strong economy and a growing population. The new Southwest Florida International Airport Expansion has increase the size and capacity of the airport to help handle the demand for more flights to and from more destinations.

Lee County Real Estate remains healthy. As a popular beach, golf, waterfront and resort area many people come to vist and end up buying a home either as their primary residence or as a 2nd vacation home and with a low unemployment rate we have other coming her to live and work.
